We envision a world powered by renewable resources like solar, wind and clean fuels, and cared for by a community of passionate individuals acting locally to impact globally. Unfortunately, fossil fuel is embedded in our economy, comprising a large percentage of the world's material objects and power sources. A multi-faceted, practical strategy is needed to reduce this dependence.
